| I plead guilty to the seatbelt and paid my fine. A court date was set for the No Headlights and when I showed up Terry Malloan(sp) asked me what was going on. I told him that my car has DRL(daylight running lights), showed him the manual proving my light had to be on, and when he saw it was 10:00am he just shook his head and dismissed all charges Including the seatbelt.
I told him I was guilty of the no seatbelt but he said I shouldn't have gotten the ticket because there was no reason to stop me. The city refunded my money for the no seatbelt.
