Where did you find this info? I would like to take a look at the source.

Many companies have a Board of Directors that have no experience in the business that they sit on the Board for. They do, however, have business experience and quite often other Board experience. Sometimes they even serve on the Board of Directors of several companies at the same time.

I also fail to see why you felt it was necessary to list the CFAB. It will have nothing to do with Boot Hill Gaming. The purpose of the CFAB is to give guidance and recommendations on how the Why Not Dodge tax money is spent. Since the casino is not using public funds the CFAB will have nothing to do with or have any say in the business of the casino.
