| Has anybody else noticed all the Gang Graffiti on the fence on Comanche between 8th & 9th? I just noticed it today. How long has it been there? Anybody know for sure? Who is responsible for covering/cleaning it up, the property owner, the city? To bad we can't hang the little gang bangers up by the balls on the nearest tree! |
