So, diversions (fastrack's) are a waste of money. All we have to do if we get a traffic ticket in the city is just appeal it to the district court- Saur will dismiss it and we go on our way.

Good try, Tee...however, if you are found guilty in city court and appeal it to district, Terry Malone is still the one that represents the city in the new trial. The only thing that changes is the building and the judge and possibly the verdict and/or sentence.
