| We would be interested in looking at any thing under $600 a month. I know that won't get us much in Dodge City but are still holding out for something in the country or a small town near Dodge. I am hoping that people are just not advertising in the paper because they prefer word of mouth advertisement. We can provide references. We would also consider a 6 month to 1 year lease on a home that is up for sale by owner. In return we would clean/maintain the yard/home. Of course we would also pay rent then after the lease period open the home for viewing to interested buyers.
