I think at times it is unbalanced on both sides. Lately I have been hearing a lot of stories regarding men paying for years for children that aren't theirs.
I doubt "the sistas" are going to argue that it needs to be fair. It needs to be fair on both sides. There are enough deadbeat dads (and moms!) out there that we should be finding instead of filling the courts with men that aren't even related to the children whom they are paying child support. |
