| I've heard that too, Dutch. I also know that some of them go around to other sales, pick up items for next to nothing, then put them in their sale at quite a mark-up. The one on Central that is always having a "continuous" sale, didn't the City have to go in and clean up that lot one time, to get rid of all the junk?? |
