| Oh, hold on, there. AOO, when you say "42 and under", that's a little discriminating. When I hire (which won't happen again for a long time due to the recent layoff.....), I can't discriminate upon age - I can't ask and the interviewee doesn't usually give that information up. So, you're saying the Army can't use a perfectly educated 45-year-old in some sort of job?
