You take your reporting to seriously.......... you do realize that the alternative to medicaid (chips - childrens health inniative program).............. is designed to also cover non citizen's children........... citizenship is not an issue with Chips....... medicaid and WIC are different stories........the kids only be citizens for WIC - but there is insurance available for most non citizen children
