| As far as 443 they should hit the packinghouse up for funds not WND. Boot Hill, on the other hand, I have no problem with. The WND project is meant to help bring visitors to dodge and Boot Hill can do just that.
In any case since we can't seem to get the SEC built I'd much rather see the money got to entities such as Boot Hill than our schools.
