| I don't see how you get that out of the ruling. The way I see it the judge saw that the county entered a contract with the city to fund the Why Not Dodge projects that was voted on by the people. Now that some people are upset and want to back out of the contract, the judge ruled that you can't back out and that you must follow the result of the first vote. |
