I have a parking question for our PD members.

I was trying to get my mail at the post office yesterday around 4 pm. There were vehicles parked all along the street everywhere, plus looked like the parking lot behind the County Health Dept was packed. Anyway, after waiting what seemed like "forever", I got a spot in front of the post office. When I went inside, there was only one other person in the place! Does anyone patrol that "5 Minute Parking Zone" anymore?
