| I believe the 3 Ford County judges recused themselves from the case because they had all voted on the sales tax question in 1997 and had expressed opinions about the sales tax and the projects since then. In my book, it was a wise decision.
Some people may dislike Judge Innes' ruling, but I can only imagine the complaints that would have resulted if one of our local judges had reached the same conclusion. |
