ohhhh another pet peeve..
People that throw the candy... and then the people that let their kids eat it, then toss their wrappers on the ground.
Even worse, the adults leaving their trash laying around!!!!
How hard is it to pick the crap up, then toss it when you get home or somewhere else?? If you wouldn't do that in your home, then don't do it on the public streets!!!
