| I don't think the driver should get a ticket for an adult. Course with $150 ticket........... could that "passanger" have been a kid??? For which the driver is responsible? I don't think how the name is on the ticket has much to do with the DL # or the reason the ticket was given.
We ticket the passanger for infractions not the driver. Not all adult passangers conform so they get the ticket.
