To be fair to the officer, he might have actually had a reason that he didn't feel was bullsh*t to pull the kid over. Sure you might not like it, but shouldn't you be happy that he's trying to make sure everyone is out there safe? It might have been a drunk driver, rather than your stepson in the car he pulled over, you'ld have been grateful then.
If you follow the rules, then they don't come back to bite you on the a$$!!!!
