| Well someone was gonna make money off the deal. Are you thinking it shoulda been the community that made the money? I think the plan is the trickle down plan - but that's how these deals work anyhow. Only a select few with enough $$ to invest will reap the reward to begin with. Eventually I think the plan is for everyone to gain (and lose)
If given the opportunity would you have invested? Would you have had enough to invest? Are you saying since you aren't on the ground floor the town as a whole shouldn't profit in the longrun?
The system isn't perfect but it's better than what ya got now.
