| I'm with TexKan. Someone is going to make money and as long as we don't pay an inflated amount for the land who cares who it is.
I think the location is a good choice and I think putting the SEC near the casino is a good choice.
Personally I would have preferred a location closer to Boot Hill but no one asked me. Besides, I'm sure the land would have cost much more in town than on the outskirts.
