| I thought the city bought it off the owners so the city could make money - not so the city could pile more money into it...................... I don't know - but it seems to me at one point more than me commented on what a sweet deal it must be to have a business that's not doing well then have the city come buy you out of your bad business dealings................. It was flopping when the city bought it and it still is not doing well from what's posted. Again - your money invested for the benefit of one................ BTW - who owned that?........
