Start here:
http://www.ford.kansasgov.com/tax/TaxSearch.asp and input either the address or owner's last name/company name.
I noticed that East/West (street) hindered the search. Also the number of the street was sufficient. In the case of Walmart I only entered 1905 and 14. Typing words for addresses didn't work.
