Army, I would bet that you friend had gotten letters from a "Vicki Williamson" and she is the Cities Inspection Officer. She is the one who will send you a letter giving you X amount of days to mow your yard, trim your trees etc. If not done in the alloted amount of time, the city will come and do it, but then charge you a very large amount of money for doing so. Check with you friend and see if he had gotten these letters from her.
She is a real piece of work, that one! If your disabled, elderly, or just flat poor, makes no differance to her at all. She is a "GOOD" little city thief! |
