| My son goes to Bright Beginnings and I definatley DON'T miss the traffic where the parking is on 1st Ave next to the building!!! sheesh ppl just stop on the street forever waiting for a spot to open up... than when they block you in they look at you like you're the a-hole when you try to back out!! I FINALLY seen a cop there the other day making noise trieng to get them to move and they just stood there for a few minutes.. I was pretty suprised... they ended up moving after 5 or 10 minutes of the cop making noise behind them. Last year I seen a ton of ppl parking in the handicap spot or right in front of the side (not a parking spot) and I let a few of them know that they didn't have right to be there just because they were too lazy to show up early or find a different parking spot.
