Slick came closer to killing him than did Georgie. Perhaps you missed the national intelligence report that mentioned UBL's group regaining strength.
As long as Georgie is President, UBL will not perish from any US fired weapon, he's much too valuable as a tool for this administration to use as a scare tactic.
