Where I used to live in the County K "Estates" there were several homes that used to get water in the basement on a regular basis. Those weren't built by Volz. I have no love for his company but there has got to be something in the DC codes and/or storm run off system for the area that aggravates the situation but i'm an accountant, not an engineer.

Not that Volz doesn't have quality issues, I remember the one new house I saw with significant gaps in the siding and walls so far off plumb one would swear a level was an unknown instrument to them. When I came to town told me "he could build me a house or he could put one up for me." The man's put way too many houses "up".
