I agree the lack of good customer service is everywhere. I went to a Subway down here in Elkhart, Kansas the other day and some young guy was working. He didn't bother to wash his hands just put some gloves on, then with the gloves on he starts reaching in his pocket and playing with his cell phone and then proceeds to make people's sandwiches. Needless to say I didn't eat there that day. I went back into the same Subway last night and the manager was in so I informed her of what was going on and described the kid that was doing this. The kid happened to be in the back and heard that I had turned him in and actually got in my face asking me if I had a problem with him and wanted to fight me. Now that is terrible customer service and it seems to be a problem that is happening everywhere.
