| I just called 1-800-WALMART because I have also noticed the poor condition of the produce dept. in Wal-Mart, and I have chosen to purchase produce at Dillon's instead. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and seemed very concerned when I told her the store was very dirty, especially in the produce dept. I also mentioned that it's impossible to find service unless you go on a hunt! She took my information and told me that someone would be looking into the problem. Also, I would be having a manager of some sorts be calling me within the next few business days. I plan on telling him/her to go to dodgeboard.com and searching for Wal-Mart in the forums. I believe we have enough information on here for them to get the full extent of how bad the store has become. So, who else has the balls to call?
BTW, Dillon's produce is usually very well kept and clean. I recommend Dillon's for your produce needs until we see improvement in Wal-Mart.
