I don't mean that they
shouldn't care. I just mean it is certainly harder to care when you don't have any monetary incentive. I'm not saying that people have have the right to work crappy when their pay is crappy but I am saying that if the company stood behind them a little more then they might work harder for the company. Who knows though? Chicken? Egg?
