| The area I live in has gotten better.My backup genset has only fires twice since victory took over. when aquila was providing service it was nothing to lose power once or twice a week. I also have seen victory out replacing poles, lines & transformers which aquila needed to do years ago. I hope your black-outs are due to improvments and not the lack of..... I think victory will eventually get the webpage more up to date and eaiser to use. (agreed that it is hard to navigate.)
