You have to be kidding me about the web page issue? yeah I agree it seems a little bit cluttered but it is filled with a lot of great info that is relative to us in this area.

And are you telling me you enjoyed paying online to Aquila with that online Easy Pay BS? Victory's is heads and tails better than Aquila's online pay.
