Dutch, your coaching football and soccer no more makes you informed about sports injury, than my being a plumber makes me an expert on water. Unless you have had broken toes and broken fingers yourself, like I have had, then I think my experience and knowledge of it trumps yours. I see what you're trying to say, but you need to think past the surface and get to the meat of what I was saying. You're wanting to stop thinking at quarterback, and I was thinking of a passer. I'll bet any of you $100 that if you broke a toe, you could still run and you could still kick a soccer ball in the goal. Heck, most soccer players kick with both feet. Now, tear the ligaments in your throwing thumb and attempt to throw a 30 yard pass. Ain't gonna happen. Just ain't, and if you think it is you're full of sh__ as a Christmas turkey.

Driftwood, you might want to back your nose out of Dutch's butt and reread his post again and see if you think the same thing about it. This time read first, comment second.

About half of you are still sniffing up the wrong tree. It doesn't matter about which injury is more dibilitating to which sport. Monster said something stupid and shallow, he apologized for it and that would be the end of it if you would stop trying to defend something he already agreed was wrong to say. We can go at this as long as you want. . .
