My take on human indulgences is simple. We all pay for human excesses. If one choses to join a pool to share the costs of medical expenses, then he should be able to search for pool members with similar habits that include/exclude all life/health threatening habits.
Cig taxes and judgements are a money grab that aren't related to fostering care for those using tobacco. Nope. Simply a money grab by the gummit. And that's not right. Neither is private business directives from said gummit bureaucrats.
