| It makes me laugh too but unfortunately it's true. Think about it..>WHY does there have to be a law that says you have to put your baby in a car seat and strap him/her in safely. I can't imagine riding around Dodge or on these dangerous highways with my child NOT strapped in...but we need that law for parents that are stupid and don't care about their children.
