He's lucky that taser wasn't placed up his ass and clicked on, then had the button broke. He wanted attention and he got it. If they would have had mace, I bet he would have swallowed a gallon of it.
Kerry obviously bored him to insanity.
If it would have been a Bush speech....the kid would have been to dumbfounded to act up. "What did he say? What does that mean? Ok, I am lost....."
