| Believe it or not Craig, White people park in the preg/handicapped parking spots also. Not all Mexicans drive junk cars nor do white people. Your stereotypes make me ill. In this case it was a Hispanic and since our population is about 70% Hispanic there are better odds of that person being hispanic. If it was a white person that parked there would you have chased him down?
