| Since the monies needed to build and outfit this casino is to come from the private sector. Can someone give me total assest and liabilities in dollar amounts for Boot Hill Gaming and Butler. Surely our city and county has copies of them. Or are those number confidential? Won't the State want to take a look at those numbers also before deciding?
Also will the money needed to build this casino (by whoever) need to be on hand before the state gives the Lic.?
