Yes I heard that too -- "grants" odd word if they mean private investors -- and then are also talking about a foundation -- they make grants ?
Wonder why that word and what it means to Butler ? | I didn't hear Butler use the word ' grants'. Maybe they did, but I didn't hear it. The only time I saw the word was in the Globe article that Vierthaler wrote. I understand the Butler proposal relies on loan commitments from banks or traditional lenders. That's perfectly normal.
