| AoO - same here. I've dropped 17 pounds in the last few months, and the single biggest thing I learned was that I was just used to eating way too much food. It wasn't WHAT I was eating that was killing me, it was HOW MUCH. I still drink soda and eat out, but when I eat out I compensate for it. When I have cravings, I satisfy them. I've still got a ways to go, but it seems easy going to just focus on two pounds at a time.
