Hey Sherry, I'm gonna come clean here because others don't need to deal with it on my account. I've been dinging your rep and I'd be willing to bet, at least, some of what you are upset about came from me. I’d also put money that you were just SURE it was Tiger Eyes’ doing.

Why would I pull your chain so? Well mostly because it’s proven a couple of points and I knew you would “cooperate” with me.

Yeah I think the rep system, at the very least, needs work but more to the point never should have been used in the first place. The best it can do is show someone with LOTS of pretty colors by their name but the worst it can do is to sow discord throughout the board with no accountability.

If I wanted to start something between board members it would sure be easy to do with the anonymous rep stuff – wouldn’t it?

Indeed it would and I used the rep as it has been designed and implemented.

I’ve turned on my rep meter so everyone can watch the points go down as I get hammered for my little experiment and I see there’s a negative one on there that I can only assume comes from you in the recent past. I don’t know for sure because it’s not signed.

It was possible to force the user to leave a comment when leaving negative rep, as I recall when it first started you could just click negative and leave it at that, so I wonder if the admins can make it leave a name too. I’d quit bitching about it then.

Sherry, these are my observations based on the things you’ve put here on the board and that’s all I can base these on. You are all too quick to start shit and then cry about it when someone comes back on you. Running to the administration because someone was being mean to you showed that one. You do, as previously mentioned, need to thicken your skin up and stop living your life online.

In your blog you opined that you haven’t made any friends in Dodge but you do smile and wave at people.

Have you ever tried to get involved in something outside the home? I’ve got news for you, NOBODY is going to knock on your door and say, HEY SHERRIE I hear you’re really cool, wanna be friends?

If you have this many problems can you truly make yourself believe that it’s everyone else’s fault? At what point do you say, “Hey some of this might be me.”

But I’ve digressed too far. I apologize for pulling your chain to make a point. But these weren’t the only discoveries I’ve made with this and I’ve seen some very interesting things but I’ll keep them to myself.

Like I said, the rep meter is on. Bash away. Sign it or don’t. It HONESTLY doesn’t matter.

I’ve had someone jokingly tell me they were going to give me positive rep and sign Lurker’s name on it just for fun and there’s nothing stopping anyone from doing just that so who KNOWS and more importantly who CARES what the rep says?
