A lot of people EXPECT the gov't to take care of them when they get older instead of planning for it. Then when they are eating Alpo they sit around and complain about how the gov't f**ked them over.

There are so many catch 22's in the REAL WORLD health care. Like pre-existing conditions for you or your family, if you choose to get a higher paid job, Limits to what is paid for certain conditions, whether is is pre-existing or not. Thats is just 2 of the many little " unless" clauses in the fine print.
You have this idealistic view of life and I totally understand where you are coming from, and I had that same view
