| From my perspective, both small town and big town living, I see that the people who are motivated to sit on the council for good are the very ones who don't have time and don't have the money to wage a good campaign. And there are some folks who are very honest and would do a great job representing us at the City level who, for whatever reason, don't want to stick their neck out. They like living in the shadow. Or maybe they don't feel qualified. That's just my 2 cents worth....
