Why the Prize? I'd like to see more diverse posts within Dodge City's brothern and cistern and was hoping to draw more lurkers into the fold of active posters.
How will the winner be determined? I've pondered this and decided to enlist three of the entrants into the solution. One will be PM'd asking for a choice of a number between X and Y. Another will be asked to pick a number between A and B. The third will be asked to chose between "up" or "down". The first number (a multiple of the total number of posts) will be divided by the second number (greater than 1) and "Up or Down" will round off that number; additionally, "Up or Down" will move the answer away from 'lurker' should that happen.
