I also agree that removing the tag does very little...there are 2 big concrete retaining walls on Ash St. One between 12th and 11th and the other between 11th and 10th. They both get "tagged" very often, and either the property owners or CREW does a very good job of getting it painted over quickly.

It doesn't matter, it gets tagged again! There is a problem that is bigger than ignoring will allow. Community action needs to be taken. It is a shame that we, as citizens in the neighborhoods, can't buy hunting permits to with "no bag limit" to get rid of the problem.
