I have a question though. If they are here illegally but still pay taxes then should they be represented? (Taxation w/o representation)

I'm not saying I disagree with you but some states are going down that road in order to get them to vote etc.

To make the community better the Hispanic (legal) part of the community should have some representation. There really aren't too many Hispanic leaders within the community at the city/county level. Based on the demographics our city commish should have at least a couple Hispanics on the board but there isn't. I wonder if it's apathy or what. Are there any Hispanics on the school board?
