Nope actually I had high bp when I was working too. Started at age 37.

I developed it after I became a civilian and had to make decisions on my own, and had the worries about job security, affordable housing, health insurance, prescriptions, etc etc. on and on ad infinitum

That is something I had no concept of for 37 years.I probably suffered from high blood pressure during the vietnam war, but didn't' recognize it at the time, because I had young children to focus on.

Seems like if anything concerns you or yours, its ok. But anyone else. Its wrong.

I suppose if I look at it from your point of view (walk a mile in your shoes) then I would say, I haven't earned my retirement. So there you go, it just a matter of different views of the same subject.
