Who were these so-called "other witnesses" that could have caught Lee in a lie? Name them! The reason Sauer didn't call them was...maybe they don't exist?
Of course Lee was wrong. Lee has, from the beginning, said that he was wrong by driving where he was not supposed to. This however does not mean he was guilty of the charges against him.
It was politically motivated. Don't be so nieve.
