| Man that makes me mad. I don't like people to make Kansans look stupid. Look, I'm not saying that watching the animals dragging on the ground was pleasant but I notice they didn't show any of them getting up and running away. They make it seem like every animal was whiplashed and killed. Then to talk in that stupid fake "cowboy" accent only makes me more mad. It is condescending and immediately makes people who are involved in the industry that they are trying to stop get their back up and get defensive. If they really wanted to change minds (which they obviously don't or else they would have approached it differently) then they need to not be such idiots about the issue. Showing a one sided event and sensationalizing it for the camera doesn't make me want to watch anymore. The only people that they are going to get on their bandwagon are people already there. Plus, if the issue was the animals then why did they spend so much time whining about Dr. Trotter and Officer Cork?
My point is that I feel like I want to haul off and punch them when I think their intent is to make me think. I don't get it.  |
