Isn't this sorta side stepping the issue? Importing cheap labor to replace the illegal. Getting rid of the illegals is a good step but replacing them with more out-of-the-area people is going to make for one hell of a mess.
Dodge City will once again be the "wickedest little city in the west" once the fired illegals meet up with their replacements. I pity our law enforcement. They're going to have their hands full.
