They make 16.00 per hour? Wow. It's hard work, but the pay and benefits are great. It confuses me as to why more people in Dodge don't want to work there. With the scarsity of well paying jobs, it seems people here would rather take the minimum wage jobs then do a bit of hard work.

Just a comparison:

Excel: 16.00/hr

DCPD: 15.14/hr (starting)

This really isnt a good comparison, because Excel/National Beef dont always work 40/wk, but their health benefits blow ours away.

Makes you wonder sometimes...
