| I had the same problem not long ago I was using colored discs and my burner would not burn to them it would open the disc to begin burning and then close shortly after saying errors reported, trashing the disc in the process. I tried just some normal "imation" discs shortly there after and it worked fine.
If that dosent help I would go for a new drive.
