See, what you are describing is called LEADERSHIP. The leaders IDENTIFIED A PROBLEM at the local level that they could solve in order to protect their CITIZENS. They TOOK action to FIX the problem or at least REDUCE it resulting in what should be a safer place to drive. Not to mention the long term ramifications that maybe the insurance rates will drop there?!?
What do we have in Dodge? This is what we get....
Dear Sherry,
Thanks for your input; as far as I know there are no plans to change any traffic ordinances.
Sincerely,

Not, this sounds like a good idea, lets look into it. NOPE, business of usual. What the deal is that the beef plants run the town with their money. ANY move by the city/local gov't that might upset them is probably NOT going to happen, after all we MUST look after our beef packers. (not saying that all people at the packing plant don't have a license but lets look at where the problem stems from) All I have to say is LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP. Are YOUR local leaders representing YOU (Bubba) or are they representing someone else? Do they have YOUR best interest in mind or are they after the almighty $?
